This essential one day course prepares the learner to understand what is required to safe guide their food and drink offer so that all the team, suppliers and customers are fully aware of the allergens within the menus and the importance of keeping people safe.

Looking at case studies, the full range of allergens and where they are found.

How to prevent allergen cross contamination.

How to inform people of the allergens and how to work safe with allergens.

The legislation assorted with allergens and contamination including duty of care.

How to set up and complete an allergen audit and best practice in allergen awareness across the industry.

During the face to face one day course you will also have time to discuss scenarios and implication issues within your workplace.

The course is led by a highly experienced Allergen expert that manages on of the UK’s largest catering departments.

1 full day practical sessions:  10am until 4:30pm

 

The course enables the learner to produce an allergen safety audit schedule for their workplace.
