Chinese eat an extremely wide range of fish, including smoked and dried fish, they are very fond of various forms of shellfish, regional food and the food of Tianjin includes many varieties of both shellfish, preserved fish, sea and farmed fish.
This course will show you how to prepare and cook some traditional dishes and introduce to the versatility of the wok and the steamer.
Dishes will include baked whole fish wrapped in rice, deep fried whole fish, battered shellfish, steaming and wrapping of fish and smoked fish.
